The website said order now for pickup in 15 minutes, so I ordered. After placing my order, my confirmation said it would be 30 mins, which is not 15 minutes, but that was fine. I showed up after 30 mins, paid for my order and it seemed like they hadn't even started making it. It seemed like the hostess was having a busy day, but she also seemed irritated by my presence from the moment I arrived. After waiting another 17 minutes I explained it had been almost an hour ago, and I needed to get back to work. She went back to the kitchen, came out with a bag, held it up and said "it's right here". The falafel wrap ended up being pretty good, but it's been a while since I've seen service that bad. Kinda felt like I was a burden for placing an order.

Food was delicious and ready quickly. The person we picked it up from was very friendly. The restaurant was bright, clean and inviting.

It was my first time trying shawarma, and it was good. However, the French fries were very spicy and the coleslaw was missing from my wife’s order.

Wrap was far to small for $19. Le Saj is probably twice the size.
